### Improvements
#### Displaying and selecting properties of elements from IFC files
The ability to select individual objects and display their attributes from IFC models directly in the 3D view has been added, making analysis and work with BIM models easier.
#### Adding support for creating, editing, and deleting investments and projects from the main view
The ability to select individual objects and display their attributes from IFC models directly in the 3D view has been added, making analysis and work with BIM models easier.
#### Adding the ability to download data directly in the application
A feature for downloading data and layers directly from the application has been added, enabling quick access to the required information without needing to use the management panel.
### Changes
#### Ability to generate reports in one place
Reports have been grouped under a single button, which simplifies the interface and improves navigation clarity.
#### Ability to upload shared data for the entire investment directly in the application
Uploading data from within the application has been divided into project-level and investment-level uploads, making it easier to organize and manage added files.
